• Identifiers — name, email, account identifiers, IP address, device identifiers.
• Customer records — billing address, payment instrument metadata (handled by Polar as merchant of record for web energy packs; by Polar or, when Stripe Managed Payments is live, Stripe / Link for web subscriptions; and by the App Store or Google Play for mobile in-app purchases synced by RevenueCat).
• Commercial information — subscription status, purchase history, and, if a creator payout program launches, tipping or creator earnings. The Creator Partner Program is planned and is not live.
• Internet / electronic activity — pages visited, features used, search queries, oracle/tarot interactions, ranking-signal interactions.
• Geolocation — coarse geolocation derived from IP; precise geolocation only with explicit permission for Astronomaly.
• Audio, electronic, visual — uploaded images, audio, and video, including profile pictures and Library media.
• Inferences — interest signals derived from your activity to power recommendations.
• Sensitive personal information — only as you choose to provide it (e.g., precise location for Astronomaly, account credentials).

Cosmos Tools. When you choose a Roxy-powered Cosmos tool, the requested birth date, birth time, name, question, dream text, compatibility details, or place name may be collected. Place names are resolved server-side to coordinates and an IANA timezone for the calculation; raw coordinates are not requested from you. A result is added to Cosmos history only when you choose Save result. Read the Cosmos guide before using the tools.

To provide and operate Ascended Social; to authenticate users; to power personalised recommendations and search; to bill subscribers; to detect fraud and abuse; to comply with legal obligations; for security and anti-abuse; and for the purposes described in our Privacy Policy.

We do not sell personal information for money. We do not share personal information for cross-context behavioural advertising ("share" as defined under the CPRA). Exercise your right to opt-out at any time via the Your Privacy Choices page.

We retain personal information for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the Service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Specific retention periods are described in the Privacy Policy and the Privacy Center.
