Creator & Monetisation Terms

These Creator & Monetisation Terms apply to Ascended Social's in-platform creator economy — currently built around Energy Points, our virtual currency used to unlock and reward features such as Sigil generation, the Avatar Marketplace, and other in-app systems. They are in addition to the Website Terms of Service, the Mobile EULA, and the Acceptable Use Policy.

Ascended Social does not currently operate a cash creator payout or revenue-share programme. There is no mechanism today to withdraw Energy Points, or earnings derived from them, as real-world currency. If we launch a real-money creator payout programme in the future, we will update this page with the applicable revenue share, payout process, and tax obligations before that programme becomes available to you.

• You are at least 18 years old.
• You can lawfully enter into contracts in your jurisdiction.
• You are not on a US OFAC sanctions list or in a comprehensively sanctioned country.

You retain ownership of your content. You grant Third Eye Cyborg, LLC a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, store, transmit, display, format, transcode, distribute, and promote your content on the Service for the purpose of operating and improving Ascended Social. You represent that you have all necessary rights — including model and music releases — for everything you publish.

Energy Points are earned through platform activity. Paid plans may increase how fast you earn energy through activity, up to the limits shown on the pricing page. Plans don't include a set amount of energy. Energy Points are spent on first-party features like Sigil regeneration and official Avatar Studio items — not on another member's listings. Energy Points are a virtual in-app item with no cash value, are non-transferable outside the platform's built-in systems, and are not redeemable for money. Subscriptions do not grant Energy Points. Purchases and subscription billing are handled by Polar (web energy packs; web subscriptions while Stripe Managed Payments is off), Stripe / Link (web subscriptions when that checkout is live), or the App Store / Google Play synced by RevenueCat (mobile). Energy and items have no cash value. Energy is never transferable. Items swap one-for-one only. Purchases are governed by our Subscription & Auto-Renewal Terms.

Refunds for purchases are issued under our Refund Policy. Excessive chargeback activity may lead to suspension of monetisation-adjacent features, including the Avatar Marketplace and Sigil generation.

• Commercial offers of "curse removal", "dark energy clearing", manufactured spiritual emergencies, or similar fear-based offerings. (In-game spiritual-combat mechanics inside the As Above So Below (AASB) practice-battle system are not affected by this rule.)
• Specific medical, psychiatric, legal, or financial advice marketed as a cure or guaranteed outcome.
• Drop-shipped goods, pyramid schemes, MLMs, financial scams, or unregistered investment offerings.
• Pricing manipulation, fake reviews, fake purchases, or artificially inflating your own Energy Point balance or Avatar Marketplace activity.
• Content that violates the AUP or Community Guidelines.

Material violations may result in suspension of monetisation-adjacent features (including the Avatar Marketplace and Sigil generation), permanent account termination, and forfeiture of Energy Points where required to address fraud, abuse, refunds, chargebacks, or legal obligations.

All eligible creators may participate in Akashic Engine governance by proposing new positivity prompts and voting on open proposals. Governance participation is a privilege, not a right, and is subject to the Akashic Governance Policy and Acceptable Use Policy.

• Creators whose content is featured in recommendations have a direct stake in prompt quality; we encourage constructive participation.
• Governance abuse — including vote manipulation, coordinated campaigns to suppress competitors, or submitting prompts designed to boost your own content — may result in loss of governance privileges and monetisation suspension.
• Prompt authorship is credited to your account. You grant us a non-exclusive licence to use approved prompts as part of the recommendation system.
