1. Our commitment#

Third Eye Cyborg, LLC is committed to making Ascended Social accessible to people with disabilities. We aim to conform with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at Level AA across the website, web app, and mobile apps, and we treat accessibility as an ongoing engineering practice rather than a one-time audit.

2. Conformance status#

The Service is partially conformant with WCAG 2.2 AA. "Partially conformant" means that some parts of the content do not yet fully conform; we are actively addressing the gaps.

3. Known limitations#

  • Some custom visualisations in The Cosmos and Sigil Hub do not yet expose full keyboard navigation; equivalent text alternatives are provided.
  • Older library video uploads may lack captions; new uploads use automated captioning with creator-editable transcripts.
  • Some illustrative ornamental imagery may have decorative-only alt text.
  • Pendulums uses a responsive, keyboard-navigable filter and ranking surface. Color is not the only signal for its content facets or ranking modes; the current list and its labels remain available as text.

4. Assistive-technology testing#

We check Ascended Social with screen readers and keyboard navigation, and we use automated tools such as axe to find accessibility issues on our public pages. Automated checks are not yet part of every release.

5. Reporting accessibility issues#

If you encounter a barrier, please tell us. We aim to respond to accessibility complaints within 3 business days and to remediate confirmed issues as quickly as practical.

Email: [email protected]

6. EU users (European Accessibility Act)#

For users in the European Union, this statement is also our accessibility statement under the European Accessibility Act (Directive (EU) 2019/882). EU users may also contact our EU accessibility point of contact at [email protected].
