Submit a Privacy Rights Request
Request types
- Access (Right to Know): Request a copy of personal data we hold about you. We will provide a structured, machine-readable export of data associated with your account or visitor session: profile information, content you have created, consent history, and usage metadata we retain. Timeline: 30 days from verification. California (CCPA/CPRA) residents: 45 days.
- Deletion (Right to Erasure): Request deletion of personal data that is no longer required. We will delete or de-identify personal data associated with your account. Some data may be retained where required by law, for fraud prevention, or for the resolution of outstanding disputes. You will be notified of any such exemptions. Timeline: 30–45 days. Data may persist in backups for up to 90 additional days before purge. Deletion requests for authenticated accounts require a higher verification level. Your account will be deactivated as part of fulfillment.
- Correction (Right to Rectification): Correct inaccurate or incomplete personal data. Tell us which specific data element is incorrect and what the correct value should be. We will update our records and, where feasible, propagate the correction to systems that received the original inaccurate data. Timeline: 14 days for straightforward corrections; 30 days for those requiring verification.
- Portability (Right to Data Portability): Receive your data in a structured, machine-readable format. We will export your data in JSON or CSV format so you can import it into another service. This right applies to data you actively provided and that we process by automated means on the basis of consent or contract. Timeline: 30 days. Large exports may require up to 45 days.
- Objection or Restriction: Object to processing or restrict how your data is used. You may object to processing for direct marketing at any time with immediate effect. You may object to other processing, or request restriction while a dispute is being resolved. Restriction pauses processing without deletion. Timeline: Objection to marketing: immediate. Other objections: response within 30 days.
- Withdraw Consent: Withdraw an optional processing consent you previously granted. If you previously granted consent to optional processing (analytics, marketing, personalization), you may withdraw it here. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal. You can also update consent preferences directly in the Privacy Center. Timeline: Consent is removed from our active records within 72 hours.
- Do Not Sell or Share: Submit a formal legal opt-out of sale or sharing of personal information. Under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA), Virginia Consumer Data Protection Act (VCDPA), Colorado Privacy Act (CPA), and other applicable laws, you have the right to opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information. This request is legally binding. Timeline: 15 business days under CCPA. Applied immediately to active systems.
Your Data Rights
You have legal rights over your personal data under GDPR, CCPA, CPRA, VCDPA, and other applicable laws. This form lets you formally exercise any of those rights. All requests are logged, acknowledged, and fulfilled within the legally mandated timeline.
We use your contact information to send you a confirmation and to contact you during fulfillment. Select the jurisdiction under which you are exercising your rights; this determines which legal framework governs your request and our fulfillment timeline.
You’ll receive a public tracking ID immediately upon submission. High-risk requests (like account deletion) may require identity verification before fulfillment proceeds. We will complete your request within the legally required timeline for your jurisdiction. You may check status at any time using your tracking ID.
